Returning an Item
We hope you love your KiltyCo purchase, but if you'd like to return an item, we're here to help.
- Contact us within 28 days of receiving your order using the Contact page or by email, quoting your order number.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are usually issued within 2–5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
