Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to return it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Changed your mind? Items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect item? Please contact us before returning it and, where possible, include photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the reasonable cost of return postage where a return is required.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, although we aim to complete them within two working days.
